Our team has a combined over 50 years of experience in domestic construction, utilities installation and providing works to an exceptional level of workmanship complying with British standards for our industry. Using the latest techniques and materials, connections and partnerships with long held suppliers and subcontractors we are able to provide this class of work at a competitive price and complete job satisfaction for all our customers.

Commencement of extension for building control.

“Louis has been very accommodating with helping us initiate our extension. He quickly provided a member of his team to come and dig a hole to allow building control to assess commencement of work. The work was completed efficiently and was made safe after the review. Louis and his team have ben very helpful to date with advice and sharing contacts, such as providing details of architects and structural engineers. Louis has been in constant contact, even when on holiday We are looking forward to starting in full with Louis and will provide another review at completion of the extension.”
New shower fitting

Emergency gas leak repair.

We had a new gas meter fitted only to find out that we had a gas leak and consequently the gas was switched off for safety reasons. We contacted the above mentioned company and Louis Carlsen turned up within two hours. He carried out the appropriate tests and pinpointed the leak within the cupboard where the meter was located. He replaced an elbow fitting in addition to new pipe work and retested again and declared the leak was fixed. He also moved a double electrical socket within the cupboard as he was concerned that it was a bit to close to the meter. Just a great service.
Minor home improvements - door lining, bi-fold door and skirting

Smallish job, but not straightforward due to pre-existing quirks of our property. Required some minor demolition, some creative solutions, and making good. Thorough, pre-work site visit to scope the job; detailed, itemised quote; short lead time to start work; good communication throughout. The team member they assigned (Lee) did an excellent, skilled and professional job a nd was a delight to have around the place: punctual, friendly, informative, creative, flexible and helpful. Have used these guys in the past, and will again!
Re-decoration too hallway and both bedrooms

A wonderful team of smart guys at LCBR, reliable and honest. A fantastic job all round I will 100% be using LCBR for all my future needs. I can't rate this company enough!!!
